Do you have any tables in stock?
All of our furniture is made to order. The manufacturing process of an MTO item begins only after receiving a 50% deposit at which time you are put on our production list.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! All tables are customizable and almost anything is possible. Just message us a detailed description of what you are looking for, so we can accurately quote you.
Do you offer trade discount?
Is there a place to see any of these pieces in person?
Unfortunately, we don’t have a showroom currently, but if you are unsure about any items, we can provide samples of our finishes on request. We just require them to be mailed back at your own cost and in their original condition.
Can I order an object in a different color?
Yes, of course. We can do custom paint color for an additional charge. Please provide us the manufacturer and desired color.
What paint do you use on your white plaster tables?
We use high quality paint in a matte finish to improve durability. The color is 'simply white’ by Benjamin Moore.
Do you do outdoor finish?
We can do a weather-resistant paint finish, however, this is not waterproof. Ideally used in a i.e., covered porch scenario.
How do I care for my plaster piece?
We believe in simple, common-sense care for our product(s). With a little attention to detail, we're confident you can keep your new furniture in top shape for years to come. Our plaster pieces are treated with a protective coating; however, if spills occur, wipe with a soft, damp, clean cloth using water only. All spills should be cleaned quickly to avoid stains. The longer the spill remains, the harder it is to remove. Use protective mats, trivets, and coasters to protect plaster from heat, scratches, and marks.
Plaster products must be cleaned with gentle cleaners. Never use vinegar, acidic or abrasive cleaners, as they may tarnish or damage the finish. For preventative care, dust regularly with a dry, soft microfiber cloth.
We recommend using 2 people to move most of our larger pieces. Handle with care when moving.
What is the lead time of my object?
Here at ÖHS, we make our best efforts to get your new piece(s) to you as soon as possible. If you require your new purchase by a specific date, please contact us to confirm we can accommodate your timeline prior to purchase. Current lead times vary and are specified for each object in the email response of your order inquiry or stated in the product description.
Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date the item is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states, although we do hope to expand our delivery range overseas in the future.
What is your shipping fee?
Shipping rates vary depending on object and location. Contact us directly for a quote.
What delivery options do you offer?
As your product gets closer to completion, one of our team members will reach out to start scheduling your in-home delivery on all furniture pieces that will not be sent via the mail. We use trusted contracted drivers to deliver any items outside the Southern CA local delivery area, if within the Southern CA area (Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Orange County, San Diego) one of our own team members will complete the delivery process. As some of the objects are heavy, we recommend you have some helping hands ready at the time of delivery. Please do not remove the protective wrapping until you have the object in place in your home to avoid damages.
What do I do if my object arrives damaged?
We custom pack our products very securely in foam boxes to minimize the risk of any damage while in transit, as well as use trusted contracted drivers who take great care in delivering our product(s) in perfect condition. However, damages do occur sometimes in the shipping process. If your object arrives damaged, please reach out to us, including images of the damage.
