At Öken House Studios we hope you will be completely satisfied with all items purchased through Öken House Studios. As every product is handmade to order at our studios, all purchases are final sale.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched from our studios. Orders may only be cancelled for a full refund, including shipping costs, if they have not been dispatched. Delivery costs will be incurred should you need to cancel your order once the goods are in transit to you.
We encourage you to contact us with any questions, further support or advice you may require before placing an order.
For damaged, defective products or incorrect orders or delivery on our behalf, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return (if possible, please send a photo of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org). Please keep the original packaging so you can easily repack for return shipping. If original packaging is unavailable, you are responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item. If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to ten working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
