If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, defective or not as described, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind. For defective products or incorrect orders or delivery on our behalf, we will cover the shipping costs associated with the return (if possible, please send a photo of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org). Please keep the original packaging so you can easily repack for return shipping. If original packaging is unavailable, you are responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your item. If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to ten working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
